Sticky Keys in Mac

Hi,
I am new to MAC and i had a doubt regarding the sticky keys.Like the sticky keys in Windows is there any such options available ....if so please tell me how to view those panel properties.

Late 2013 rMBP, i7, 750m gpu, OSX versions 10.9.3, 10.10
There is a form of sticky keys - I don't use them, but if you go under System Preferences, Universal Access and press the keyboard button near the top of that window.
