I'm a 90-day rookie on the mac.
Recently, when I click on the yesterday, today and last week predefined searches in the finder sidebar, I see 10-20 files listed at the bottom that I haven't touched in years. The last open dates are from 2001, 2002 and 2006. These files are really random - from different folders and different applications. There are groupings - a few from this sub-folder, a few from that, but only a few files from a few sub-folders.
