Mighty Mouse scroll wheel sticking

The scroll button on my mighty mouse is starting to stick and not scroll smoothly any more. I've tried the rapid rubbing of the scroll wheel with the mouse up side down but its not helping.

Any tips anyone?

get a bit of alcohol (not beer) daubed on it and thoroughly roll the wheel to give it a good clean
