- We Have 2 Desktops & 1 Laptop
Hi!
We have 3 Apple Macs (2 Desktops & 1 Laptop) with Entourage on which connect to our Microsoft Exchange server to get their emails.
An additional mailbox on the Exchange Server has been setup and permissions for 5 users have been setup to allow an additional mailbox to be added to their email clients configuration.
On the 2 IBM/Lenovo PCs the mailboxes have been added without any issues.
On the Apple Macs I am getting an error saying the password is incorrect even though it isn't. If I put in my username and password then it works (I'm a Domain Administrator and Enterprise Admin), but the standard users accounts dont work.
Any ideas what I need to do to sort this out please?
