Third disk doesn't appear via AirPort Extreme

I have connected 3 disks to an USB Hub, connected to an AirPort Extreme, but only two appear in Finder?

It's not the disks as I have tested all of them by only attaching two at a time.

Is it because my USB Hub is not connected to power? (lost the cable)

The Hub is a Kensington 7 port.

Is it the hub or my AirPort Extreme?
