Syncing Bluetooth Printer

Hi! I am having trouble syncing my bluetooth printer to my iMac and Macbook. This is what I am doing...

Applications -> iSync -> Sync Devices -> Bluetooth Assistant -> Printer (which is in discoverable mode)

I am doing something wrong?
