newbi here!
i just got a new mac book pro 15". i can go to like coffee shops and get onto there network no problem. BUT on my home modem i can not get it connected wirelessly(airport) Iv had my friend(witch has a macbook and knows more about it then me!!)and she was unable to get it to work. Ive had the run around with Apple and the internet provider(Qwest) but i can connect threw ethernet. whats rather odd to me is i can NOT connect threw ethernet with out the wireless router ?? i dont get it?
i have done the airport software upgrades
i had done everything that the instructions had said
all the IP's and WEP's and whatever els are right...
please help !!!
