Seems like a cool system though, I like the descriptions if you hover over the green blobs!

its under a persons avatar and info. you have red dot and two boxes there, its the middle one clickit on other members ta rate them. and no you cant rate yourself but you can save a lot of money on your car insurance by switchin ta Geico

One question from a new member--I do not see any buttons for selecting a rep. Is this because I am too new to be able to use this system?

Never mind--I just found the buttons at the bottom of the user profile area.

this seems like a good idea. after i've stayed around here more, then i can really get my feel for this system
