Is there a way to set up a Web Folder in OS X like in Windows XP? I know i can use FTP, but my server works better with a web folder type upload.

what do you mean by 'web folder'? do you mean a specified folder that when its contents change, its auto updated on a server?

If you turn on web sharing in system prefs, the folder /Library/WebServer/Documents becomes the main apache web directory - so by typing "localhost" into your address bar in Safari, you can access whatever is in that directory. If you want to access it externally find your external IP address and simply type that in instead of localhost.

Oh, unless you're talking about an external server. In that case, you can connect to FTP servers through the finder (apple-K), although that's quite slow. A better way is to use Interarchy to set them up and you have much more control over what syncs and when.
