yeah read it.. and I think I read it at macobserver.. go over there and see what they have to say. They mentioned a regular Tivo system, or a mac mini like system that basically records onto your hard drive instead of on a standalone system.. or a mac mini type things that could view tv and you could surf at the same time.. stuff like that.. or something that only Apple has thought of :)

I would think that if Apple was really buying tivo (and I really doubt it) it would just be for the technology. Same way they bought imovie from micromedia. Since I feel that some sort of movie download project is underway (similar to itunes but for movies), it could save them a lot of delevopment.

I saw that also. I don't think TIVO would work into Apple's plans.
