Finder Crash Loop in 2nd Admin and guest accts

The finder in my 2nd Admin keeps crashing and doesn't allow windows or folders to be opened. I have repaired disk permissions and deleted the finder preferences from the Admin acct. that is still working... but nothing has helped. I NEED the files from the second account and have no idea what I'm doing/how to get them.

Please help!:)
