I moved application, now it has to be repaired

After installing I moved all my Adobe Creative Suite software into a folder called "Adobe". The next time I opened one of the applications it said it needed to be repaired. That made sense, but now I can't access the help files. When I click on the "help" menu it just doesn't do anything?

any help? I'm sure it's an easy fix.
