Please tell me something like this exists, it would be perfect!

Or at least is there some sort of external HD that you can hook up to some wireless thing that can access the bluetooth card?

I really need something like this!

Please respond...

Probably wouldn't be too good of an idea mostly for security issues

Given the current limitations of wireless networking (about an 8th the speed of the low-end Firewire at best, 1/16th with the better Firewire), unless there's a major speedup that just hits everyone in the face, you won't be seeing anyone trying to implement this kind of thing for awhile. It's not that we don't have the technology. It's just that it's not practical. It'd be like running my iBook off of gasoline instead of battery power. Sure it's possible, but why?

get a mac mini with the biggest HD option and an Airport card, 54mbps isn't bad.
