Splitting albums off in iTunes

Somehow iTunes combined a gospel album in the same album with a Doo-Wop album......I have looked and cannot figure out how to move them to separate albums. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

'Get info' on the tracks and renaming the Album in Get info should help.

I sorted out all my own Albums as iTunes didn't recognise many of them ~ too old
1. New playlist folder named Albums in sidebar.
2. New named playlists dropped on top of Albums folder
3 Music sorted in any way that will show up the wanted tracks or command click to select each one and drag onto new playlists.
