Hi

I was just wondering if anyone had a solution for a very simple way to help other Mac users remotely without having to install any software on their Mac computer.

It seems to be very simple and common practice among PC's users. Why is it so impractical with a Mac? Apple Remote Desktop is a fantastic management tool for School or similar organisations.
However what would you suggest for individuals scattered all over the place?

Many thanks
dovisim

I am running OS 10.5.6 on a MacBook
