Wireless service problem

Dear All,

I just purchased Macbook and powered it up. After welcome screen it starts its initial settings by asking country name and language. After that select a wireless option comes up and it detects my wireless connection, when i click on continue then it says configuring your computer and remains stuck on that screen. I have waited till an hour but still the screen is stuck on the same window. I reinstalled whole mac os but same problem remains.

Can anyone help regarding this problem or communicate how to get rid of it.

Can you not skip that step and set it up after youve installed the OS?
