I have a couple of email accounts, one hosted by my ISP and one hosted by google apps & i connect to both using Mail on my Mac.
Does the VPN (All traffic option selected)
access my mail servers through the VPN?
ie. Sending financial information (for example), on unencrypted wifi hotspots (public ones / or just someone's wifi that happens to be open) is obviously not very secure.
Is there anyway to tell if Mail, or some other Mailing Client is using the VPN connection to connect to the mail servers?
If you uncheck "All Traffic" in the VPN config, where and how do you specify which applications route through the VPN?
There isnt any whatismyipaddress.com for sending mail to i guess HA HA !!
