Saving Files in Photoshop

Hello, I was wondering where do you save JPEG file on the mac when saving in photoshop elements 6? it default saves in iphoto library/originals and then I am not able to open it.......Am I saving in the wrong place??????

Yes, you are saving it in the wrong place. In the folder you just mentioned, iPhoto stores its photos. It might be in iPhoto. But I don't know why you can't open it... maybe because it has to be in a "year" folder? (like "2008", "2009", or something like that)

Actually, you can open it by right-clicking on "iPhoto Library", selecting "Show Package Contents", and opening the "Originals" folder. Your pictures should be in there.

However, I would recommend that you save it in your "Pictures" folder.
