Delete Video on iPod Touch

I'd like to be able to delete videos on my Itouch which would then delete the video on my pc. Is there any way to do this?

As far as I know, there is no way to manipulate the files on your iTouch aside from applications. You will have to delete them on your computer first.

You can delete the video file on your Itouch. It will say, after deleted, that the file is no longer available. Just wish this would extend to Itunes on the computer. i don't want to have to remember what I've watched and have to delete it twice.
