Error Code -50

Hello! I teach in a Mac lab with 36 Macs. We have about 25 eMacs and 5 iMacs. My students are creating podcasts on the imacs and some are getting an error code of -50. Anyone know anything about this?

Where is the error code occuring? It is associated with a particular program?
