Mail Settings

How do you set the mail in leopard to attach a file at full size as opposed to shrinking the picture size? It always reduces the size when I attach the file.

Mail keeps the last settings so make a new message > Attach a picture and on the bottom right of the message window set the options to Actual size.
The resize option doesn't appear until a picture is attached...
