Speeding up animation in CS3

I managed to get something animated in the way I like on CS3, but when converted to GIF it becomes very slow no matter the delay I put between the frames (it doesn't change between 0.4 and 0.0). Is there a way to fix it so it flows 'normally'?

CS3.... what?

Adobe Creative Suite 3 is a collection of many, very different software Applications.

It would help us to help you if you could let us know what application you are using.
