i just recently bought a new powerbook. I know that os x has it's own firewall built in, but is it any good? Can anyone recommend a third party firewall that is good? Also is it true that OS X doesn't have any virus? If so what about adware? If adware is still invovled can anyone tell me a good adware programs? Thanks in advance for any reponse to these questions.

FWIW in regards to firewall, OS X firewall should be sufficient for most users. I know someone who brings a portable router with him all the time because he doesn't trust ANYBODY, heck, even me LOL.

Wow, what does that person have to hide. That's a little too cautious.
