Is there any benefit to striping 2 X25-E(s) for

A power user (but not graphical or other creative type work). I use my MacBook Pro (which is a 17" 2.93 with 8GB of RAM and a single internal X25-E) very intensively at work and at home, though and I'm wondering whether the increased IOP(s) of dual internally striped X25-E(s) would provide any noticeable improvement. I would, of course, love to do it, but I also recognize that its not worth the indulgence if I'll never even see the difference in running virtual machines and heavily multi-tasking. I would appreciate any input.
