Xcode does not start !

I have installed VM image of MAC 10.5.5 Leopard and iPhone SDK 2.2.19m2621 ( Xcode 312_2621) on intel T7300 core 2 duo. 2 GHz, 2 GB RAM

The installation goes fine and Xcode is installed on "/Developer/Application" folder. Starting Xcode gives me following error,

The xcode application quit unexpectedly with three options as,
Ignore, Report, Relaunch

Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGBUS)
Exception Codes: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE at 0x0000000000000020
Crashed Thread: 0

Any ideas how to get out of all this:?

I have the same problem - except it's when I try to look at the "help" from the Interface Builder.

I have to check my error code, but my Xcode won't start either.

Same problem here too . Also can't compile Allegro.
