Pacifist is able to extract and install individual system apps from your original disks.

No, sorry. So far, I have not deleted a system application and have had no personal need to use Pacifist. Have only read many posts from those that have.

Suggest you grab the .dmg file from their site and read through the documentation.

The original disks = the ones that came with your Mac.
