Getting my work calendar (Outlook Exchange) onto my iPhone?

My company is on Office Exchange but I’m not allowed to connect to it with my iPhone.  I want to find a way to get my work calendar on my iPhone. If anyone knows an easy way to do this, I would appreciate the info. I don’t think syncing with my work computer would do it as it doesn’t seem like syncing with multiple computers is an iPod/iPhone strong point. (something they need to work on.) I think I can “publish” my calendar online and then “subscribe” to it on my home computer, but I don’t know if that’ll work on my work or home end, plus it seems like a hassle and risky.

I guess the main thing is getting the calendar from my work computer to my MBP in iCal or Entourage. After that it should be easy. Any help would be appreciated.
