Getting pictures from iPhoto to iPhone

Is there a way to transfer pictures directly from iPhoto '09 to my iPhone without emailing them to myself....I would think it would be easy to reverse sync to the phone as it is to sync the pictures from the phone to iPhoto

Do you sync using iTunes? In there, once your phone is recognized, you should have a tab across the top of the screen (on you computer) that says "Photos". Click on that and choose what you want to sync. Easy as that!
