can't transfer music and movies from iphone

I am in France and am using someone elses Mac. Is there a free bit of software which will allow me to transfer all my music and movies from my iphone 3G. I have already tried iPodRip but this only allows 200 songs to be downloaded. Kind Regards, and thanks in advance.
