Need Help to sync a exchange calendar with Iphone3G

Hi ,

i have a customer than have a exchange server and a iphone3G, emails sync fine , but we have a problem with the calendar , all entries accepted from the outlook client do not sync with the iphone , but if we accept them from the iphone the calendars entries appears on the outlook client.

any help will really be appreciate
