window.history.go(3) in safari

Hi, I want the move my page forward using javascript I don't want to allow to user to go back by clicking on History back button. So I have placed this javascript in my file at the first line window.history.go(3); This works fine in IE and FF. But this safari is creating problem. It dosen't act as what i was expecting.

Please can anyone help me out. Dose this is property supported by safari or if it is not what is alternate way to solve this.
