Is Photoshop CS3 compatible with InDesign CS4

Help.
I have Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator CS3 but not InDesign CS3. I can't find where I can buy it now that the CS4 is out. If I buy InDesign CS4 will it work with my other CS3 programs?????

I mean if I have to purchase InDesign CS4, will it still work with Photoshop CS3 files???
