Palm Hotsync

I have a Palm Visor EOS that will not Hotsync with my Mac mini OSX.
I used to Hotsync with a with a serial connect Mac system 9 that I have retired. I now have the USB cradle but it will not Hotsync.
I suspect the USB requires some software application for the Hotsync to work.
does anybody have experience with this problem?

As to your question - that particular device is pretty old, particularly if it only came with drivers for OS 9 (which has been out of production for about 8 years now).

Your best bet would probably be to take a look at The Missing Sync.
