Can't empty Trash

Hello Dear members,
I am trying to empty my trash.
It has 12 aliases with bizzare names as this one "2?ñ>.®õû" that do not take any space but refuse to be deleted.

When I delete the files disappear and reappear.

I tried:
1) Empty
2) Secure Empty.
3) Secure empty application which gives users/<username>/.Trash/* does not exist.
4) rm -<flags> * in the Trash directory using the terminal
5) Copying the files to the desktop (again disappear and reappear in the trash)

Any ideas?

wow, that is strange, out of curiosity, try using a different account if it happens everywhere

either way, think back to what you installed that might have cause problems
