PDF freeware

I'm looking for a very simple freeware for laying out pdfs for printing. I just need the capability to adjust layouts of PDFs; 2,3,4 times up on a page and perhaps simple cropping and resizing functions. All I seem to find are programs with so many bells and whistles that they charge $50 and more.

Any Suggestions?

Drop pdfs in from finder or preview. Resize, move around, print.

Thanks for the idea! I managed to get it to work with '08, it just took a little more to drop it in and change the shape. It wasn't perfect, but it worked.
