flash drive between pc and mac

i´m using a usb flash drive on my pc and i saved some files from photoshop (windows version) then i tride to open it on a mac and i dosen´t show up nothing. is there anything i can do to make it work between pc and mac and vice versa. thanks for the help

MacMini M-1 MacOS Monterey, iMac 2010 27"Quad I7 , MBPLate2011, iPad Pro10.5", iPhoneSE
If the flash drive is format in FAT which most are, it will work on both OSX and XP without an issue. Check the format of the Flash Drive on the PC and be sure it's FAT. What Mac are you trying to use this with? What OS version is on the Mac.

my flash drive is format FAT32, but i´m not sure what OS is on the mac i´ll have to check it back at school, but is there some OS on mac that wont be compatible between pc and mac?
