New iMac spitting out cds

My new iMac arrived today, but I am trying trying to install software from a disk. This issue is with multiple disks as well, but the disks keep getting spit out.

Not sure what to do about it.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Just tried a dvd and its doing the same with that too.

False alarm people. lol...I was putting the disks in upside down.

I feel like a *******, lol.

Don't worry about it plusfortyfour we have all done similar.

And if fortyfour is the age I got some very sad news for you .... The older you get the worse you become!!
