New MacBook Pro Buying Advice

Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade from my first gen MBP 15" (2.16 GHz Core Duo) to a new Unibody MBP 15". Do you guys think it's worth it to upgrade to the 2.93 GHz Core 2 Duo? I am using a discount program, so the upgrade only costs $225, and I run some processor heavy apps and many apps at once, like Xcode, IB, iTunes, games, etc. Thanks for your suggestions!

I just bought a new 17" MBP and thought about the same thing. I decided against it. I am saving that $200+ to upgrade to 8GB of RAM down the road. Tough call.

My next one will be maxed out every time I say I don't need that I spend more
money in the long run upgrading.

If you can get that upgrade for only $225, I would say it's a no-brainer! Very well worth it for that price.
