Linking a website to iPhone icon

Hi all,

I have been stucked up in developing an iPhone application that redirects to my website.

Actually, my requirement is.. I should be able to place a link on my website homepage which upon clicked should activate an installer that puts an icon in iPhone linking to my website homepage in iPhone home screen.

Any help regarding is greatly appreciated..
