Since installing VMWare I cannot get links in Mac Mail to open Safari - instead they open in Internet Explorer in Windows running under VMWare.
I've searched for information on default applications and found suggestions that I find the relevant file type, use Get Info and set the correct application. So I navigated to an HTML file in Finder and did that and it already shows Safari - indeed doubling clicking on an HTML file does start Safari. How can I restore the behaviour of a link in an email so it opens Safari? (Same thing is happening in iTunes - click on the arrow next to a podcast and it jumps into IE in VMWare).
How can I reconfigure this?
