Help with Bootcamp and Windows Vista partition table problem

Hi guys love OSX but i need to go back to play some Counter-strike so decided on installing windows vista ultimate 32 bit, I have done everything as stated however when i boot up windows now i get lots of DOS partition errors after a a minute or so it then boots up into Windows and i can use it fine.
I have attached some screenshots of the problems does anyone know how i can resolve it?
