Printing from Fusion on Network Printer

I have a MacBook and understand the ability to use the Mac printers when running Fusion has been broken by a security update in February for Leopard. I have tried the work around and can't get windows to see my network printer. The network printer is hanging off of a windows PC and is shared. I can print to it from the Mac side, not windows. Has anyone found an additional work around to be able to see this printer?
