Looks like the Flash player crashed due to an attempt to access a protected memory location while executing a section of code related to system security (see the 1st line under thread 0). You can't tell much more than that from just this part of the report (which is basically a stack dump), but I would at least be suspicious of whatever Flash applet was trying to run at the time of the crash.

So what am I supposed to do now? The same crash report has been popping up a few times.

Does is always happen when you visit a site with Flash?

If you are seeing it over and over again while visiting a specific web page, that suggests there may be a poorly written (or perhaps nefarious) Flash applet on that page. I would personally just start avoiding that page, but if that isn't an option, try updating Flash and/or using a different browser (and if none of THAT helps, report the problem to the webmaster in question).

If you are seeing this at random times and pages, on the other hand, and updating to the latest Flash player doesn't help, your options are more limited. You could perhaps try uninstalling and reinstalling the Flash plugin, changing browsers and/or reporting it to Adobe as a possible Flash bug.
