i just purchased my first mac notebook
it is a circa 2001 ibook with the standard built in 128mb ram
i'm trying to upgrade by adding a 512 modual
then upgrade the os to mac os x
i found what appears to be the correct ram module for my system however not knowing anything about mac's i'm not positive

would this ram work in my ibook?
Compuvest Corp.

and if not does anyone know where i could find inexpensive ram that would work?
i paid a whopping $100 for my ibook so i don't want to dump a ton of money into it

thanks in advance for your patience in answering a clueless kid with his first mac

Your Mac's Specs
Phenom X3 720, Radeon 4870 1GB, 6GB DDR2-800, 32" LCD TV
Yes, that is the correct RAM.
