it was bound to happen, it did with ITMS, of course apple has fixed that now.

It's not really "cracked" - it's just a workaround. Download all the stuff you can in the 14 day trial and take the sound and save it as an MP3 or WAV file. We've had this for years with apps like Wiretap (well, sort of.)

Hymn is a real crack, and every time Apple "fixes" iTunes to not let that happen, somebody finds a way to work around it. It will always be like this.

i dont think it bothers apple and napster as much as it bothers the RIAA .. this was one of their biggest fear with allowing sales of digital music online.
