How to uninstall a program in Windows

17" MacBook Pro, 2.5 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM, not unibody
I am running WINE on my MacBook Pro (17") and I have successfully installed Bahn 3.85 (AKA JB-Bahn Railway Simulation Software). I have also installed NetObjects Fusion 5.0, except for one DLL. I want to uninstall NetObjects Fusion (since I can already use Google sites or iWeb), but since I am a total dummy with Windows, I don't know how. Any help is appreciated.

Phenom X3 720, Radeon 4870 1GB, 6GB DDR2-800, 32" LCD TV
Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Select program from list -> Click "uninstall"

If you are just running WINE, find the uninstaller for the program and run it with WINE.
