I have designed a few sites with iWeb however I find it hard to swallow the way the site is laid out, the images are all in there own respective directories regardless if it is the same header throughout.

1 site I have done is about 10 meg and if done myself through dreamweaver it is less than 1/2 meg

I know i can manually change the location of the images etc. but is there a bettter way to manage this?

Nice question.... I'm eager to see if anyone has an answer but I doubt it. I think you'll have to manually move and re-link the images... using Dreamweaver.
