iPhone chrome and black part not sitting right.

at about the middle of the right side of my phone where the black and the chrome meet isnt flush the black part sticks out a little bit.when i run my finger across the side you can feel the edge of the black part and see it coming out. the left side of the phone sits flush, is this a common problem or is mine messed up dont have a camera at the moment to take pics.

Just picked it up at bestbuy over the weekend should i bring it back?

Your beautiful new iPhone is messed up... but if its so new its not your problem. Take it back, and I would recommend buying from the source... Apple.
