Any decent free photo editing programs out there?

I just need something that can just do basic stuff like resize, but also do stuff like change paper size. iPhoto can kind of do it but it isn't very easy to use for what I want.

You might consider using Gimp. Quite a powerful little program, it's free and does a good job in those areas once you learn the program.

sweet, I didn't think of that, I have used it before in Linux.

edit: It doesn't appear to be free, it say like $30 for a download version.
edit again: I found it on download.com to download free, the install is kind of a pain though.
