how loud are the new mac pros?

i currently have an imac and a mac book pro but i'm looking to upgrade to a mac pro.

i come from a pc bac ground and my last desktop made a right noise, with a good video card it sounded like an chopper.

how loud are the mac pros even with the geforce 8800 video cards?

Your title says, "How loud are the new Mac Pros"...I'm not sure what "new" Mac Pros you're talking about. Mac Pros have been around since 2006...and really haven't changed all that much.

But as far as noise...Mac Pros in my humble opinion are very quite.

Same here, I can barely hear mine running.

when i say new I should say current, with the latest video cards and cpu's.

thanks though.

Whisper quiet...I can hardly tell it's even running.
